This apartment occupies all of the second and third floor of the building, with large rooms, big windows, wood floors, plaster walls and high ceilings. On and off street parking available. LEASE TERM: one year PARKING: On street parking by permit issued by City Hall for $25 annual fee. Some off-street parking is available. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for electric and internet services. Water, sewer and gas (for hot water and radiator heat), provided by City of Charlottesville, are billed to the Landlord; tenant pays a flat monthly fee to pay these bills. At lease end, Landlord calculates the actual cost of these utilities and either refunds monies that were not spent or collects from the tenant if the bills exceed what the tenant paid through the lease term.
