Beautiful two-bedroom available this winter! Flexible move in and out dates. Looking for students or a couple who will take care of it in my absence. The place is fully furnished but some of the odds and ends like bedding and kitchen items can be packed away to make room for you. Queen bed and full bed upstairs in the bedrooms. Everything is included except for electricity. Wi-Fi can accessed for free. I cover the natural gas, which can heat the first and second floor but not the finished basement. You could fit a third roommate in the finished basement (additional queen bed) but there is only electric heat down there and it can be quite cold. Snow removal is tenant responsibility. Parking is on street and not difficult to find in my area. Easy walking to the Old Portland, Maine Med, or Reiche School. Looking for nice, normal, and clean people who are non-smoking. No parties. This is a family neighborhood. I am ideally looking for a 4-6 month rental, finishing around May or June 1st (-ish).
