We have a cozy garden level apartment for rent with a private bath and kitchenette; access is through the main entrance to the home. Washer and dryer are shared. The space is fully furnished and spacious enough for a single occupant or for a couple to share. We are flexible about removing our furniture if you prefer using your own. The road to the cabin is plowed but we recommend a 4WD vehicle for snowy days. We have good Verizon cell service but no WiFi. Montezuma is an old mining town 5 miles from Keystone with amazing out-the-door access to skiing, hiking and biking. We built this home 25 years ago and still enjoy spending a few nights of year at the cabin. When we are not visiting the cabin there are no other tenants in the home. The apartment is warm and cozy with electric baseboard heat, and lots of light and comfortable space. The main level of the home is heated by a gas fireplace that we keep set at 50 degrees when we are not visiting. Three month minimum. No smoking of any kind. No pets.
