Shared bathroom and kitchen, AC, Closet, TV, Fridge, Microwave, Bed. We are looking for an ATTENDING FEMALE student or a SINGLE WOMAN looking for a temporary place to stay 6-8 months. Additional details will be included upon signed agreement. Deposit + first month, no smoking/ pets we own a cat. 5-7 months (Temporary) No smoking, Park on the street, Laundry is additional but optional, furnished room must be in the same condition as introduced, damages caused to furnished items must be replaced.
