Rockport Estates is a 28 pad single wide manufactured home community located in Bedford, IN with all city utilities. The community infrastructure has been 100% renovated in the past year and features: New sewage, electrical service, tree removal, foundations, and new 2023-2024 homes. Rockport Estates is formerly known as Collins Community. We are offering a free pre-screening application for you to express interest. We will reach out if you are a viable candidate to be a tenant in our community, and only then will you be asked to pay a $30 per person background check. All adults living in the home are required to be on the lease and have a background check on file.
