The third floor room has a twin bed, a good sized closet, hardwood floors and two large windows which provide views over the property with plenty of light. Your bathroom is shared with one other person. The house has a fireplace room, a full kitchen, a sun deck, a game room with pool table, many bathrooms, and various other rooms filled with antique treasures gathered over the years. The house really is unique and the rooms amazingly large. The atmosphere is quiet and encourages an easy and relaxed, happy place to come home to after a long day. Heat, electric, internet, washer & dryer included. The house is 15 minutes from Coltsville and Pittsfield center. It is located on the BRTA bus route. Dollar General is within walking distance. It is close to BMC, MassMoca, Tanglewood, hiking, skiing, many lakes, Ashuwillticook Rail Trail (walking distance), Mt Greylock, Williams College, the MA Pike and Route 2, Herman Melville Museum, Clark Art Institute, and more! Lease is a three (3) month minimum but longer is preferred. There are no pets of any kind. Occupancy is one person per room. There is no smoking in the home.
