Rent the basement of this lovely home. Have your own kitchen, living room, bathroom w/ shower, and bedroom! Bedroom has a private access door that leads into the backyard. The laundry room is located in the basement and is shared with the upstairs. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen cupboards, a root cellar closet, under stair storage, and a back storage room behind the utility room. Bedroom is big enough for 1-2 people. No subletting the living room or turning it into a bedroom. The main basement hallway is about 6'2" ish. So unfortunately if you're taller then that you might bump your head... Animals are case by case. Utilities are a flat 50$ a month. Does not include cable/tv or internet. Move in: 800 Deposit (200 non-refundable, 600 refundable pending damages or cleaning at lease expiration) First month of rent and utilities pro-rated and due on move in. Rental applications: Include a background check and financial check. (Can be done through this site I believe.) Also tenant must get another background check through a DCFS location. Requires a quick appointment, usually done in 10 minutes or so. (This is from the upstairs having 2 foster children.
