(One bedroom does not have a closet). There is one murphy bed in the house with a very comfortable mattress. Otherwise the house is unfurnished. There is a front porch with a sitting swing, a side patio deck, and a backyard screened in patio. Pets are allowed. The house is on a street with tons of charm and neighborhood feel, just a seven minute drive to downtown Asheville. Renter is responsible for all utilities. First, last, and security are all due upon the signing of the lease.
