PERFECT Location. PERFECT Small Family home This is really an amazing home for a small family, pet owner or maybe sand volleyball player :). Home has two pet doors, new laundry machines, playground, right next to bike trail, park, etc. The home has amazing energy next to the park, and I consistently left my garage open without any problems. There are currently tenants, which will be leaving end of July, so I cannot show property until August 1st (maybe a bit sooner). Home will be professionally cleaned and landscape will be taken care of before new tenant comes in. This house has a shared wall with a really wonderful 'quiet' neighbor. You will rarely hear them. Additional $50 per month for a pet, and lease terms will be restrictive on Pet noises to protect neighbors. Will require a reference from a previous rental that is familiar with your pet. I travel quite a bit, so viewing will need to be pre-arranged so I can have the neighbor show you the home. Shed isn't pictured, but it is quite large with area for a padlock.
