We are nicely nestled near the highway and only a few miles from Exeter Hospital and approx. 10 miles from Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Easy Uber but plenty of parking. Shared Spaces Occupants share a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, desk area with printer and desktop PC, a large outdoor freezer, a stocked pantry, cookware, utensils, and spices everything needed to prepare full meals. Common spaces include a spacious living room, two wood-burning fireplaces in which one of them is original to the home and still used today, 2 indoor dining areas, 2 full size bathroom and washer and dryer. Plenty of seasoned wood to burn inside and separate wood to burn for your outdoor fire-pit. Outdoors, enjoy a 14-foot farmhouse dining table lit with string lights, a large Blackstone griddle, two fire pits, ax-throwing range, horseshoe pits. Plenty of green space to relax or read a book on the LL Bean Hammock during our warmer months. The property also includes security cameras around the exterior for safety and peace of mind. When using the outdoor fire-pit, kindly call Hampton Fire Department to notify them. A permit is in place but notification is required.
