Oldy but goody. Great weekend project. This cottage is one of the oldest in Ash Flat. There is still newspaper on the walls. Needs some elbow grease, but has lots of charm. Sets on a large corner lot. There is an old cistern still in the yard. There is a storage building but needs TLC too. Come take a look at this one.
