Our loft is a beautiful 675 square foot space that's peaceful and near many amenities. The space has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and has all the comforts of home. A couch can sleep guests and room for a child's bed in the front room. Note that we will be removing the child's bed prior to rental so this could also be a yoga/meditation area. The rental includes two tvs outfitted with Roku which has YouTube TV (cable tv via internet) as well as Netflix, Hulu, Showtime and many others. There are comfy beanbags, an eating area, and a coffee table. Since it is a true loft there are no doors to the bedroom area, but it lends itself to an airy experience. We are not offering in-person tours with a tenant currently working from home in the apartment. We live a block from the Eastern Promenade and the ocean. We are a ten minute walk from the Old Port. We live on the 2nd and 1st floors and are a quiet couple with a four year old. The #1 bus stops right out front of our house, for easy connection into town. It's also a $5 Uber ride to most parts of the peninsula. Up the street there are two solid food stores, as well as a number of restaurants. We are also a short walk to a number of excellent restaurants on Congress street and Washington ave. Includes all utilities, cable tv and internet. Free street parking.
