The space The Chef's Kitchen features a Viking stove, large stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, SMEG toaster, and Sub Zero refrigerator. The Dining room seats 6 comfortably. There are two bedrooms which both contain Queen beds. Both bedrooms include storage and hanging space for clothing. Spiral stairs lead to the upstairs bedroom with a balcony overlooking the kitchen. The Living Room houses a couch and coffee table, and is perfect for relaxing or reading. The living room also has a built-in desk for those who may need to keep up with work remotely. The workspace includes a second monitor for laptop hookup to watch movies on your personal Streaming accounts. There is not a formal TV in the home. There are sliding doors that lead you onto the back deck. The deck includes bench seating and stairs leading down to the open yard area. The Living Room also contains a Queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping needs. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, a spacious sink, mirrors, and bright lighting. There is a large outdoor shower off of the front porch with a separate changing room, which has solar lights for a highly recommended night time shower & star gaze. The outdoor shower will be turned on/off seasonally by the landlord so the pipes do not freeze. It will be available for use in Summer months. There is a Recreational Room off of the walkout basement, which is perfect for hanging out after a long day or for playing cards or games. It also could be used as a second office and has a desk and monitor hookup for a laptop second screen.
