This spacious apartment has new vinyl flooring through out. There is a huge living room attached to a dining room. Past this is a kitchen with a door leading to the buildings hallway. The kitchen has an electric stove, full sized dishwasher and full sized fridge. The bathroom has a tiled shower and plenty of cabinet space underneath the sink. The smaller bedroom can fit a queen sized bed and has one closet. The larger bedroom could probably fit a king with two full sized closets. Owner pays for water and trash services. The tenant would pay for electricity (central heating and cooling) and their own cable/internet. Unfortunately we don't accept section 8 or Lake County Housing voucher. We don't allow pets at this location.
