If you have a car, the street has unlimited on-street parking with no time limit, or you can purchase a residential parking permit for $35 annually. For this apartment, Tenant pays electric and a $30/mo flat fee for water. This building is managed by a high-quality manager who cares about maintenance and has 24/7 maintenance staff.
