I am looking for a clean professional with steady income. Rent is 1,200/ month for one guest. This includes all utilities, furnishings, and a professional deep cleaning (which will be scheduled around your schedule each month for your convenience). There is a laundry mat 2 minutes away, but tenant also has on sight laundry options ( through the cleaning service). Parking is currently free side street parking, but a driveway extension will occur in May, which will provide tenant with their own parking space. Attached to the tiny house is a large, screened in deck with a table for relaxing and working. Perfect outdoor space for somebody who appreciates spending time outside and avoiding mosquitos!
