Our charming historic Clintonville home with 3 BR/2 Bath is located just a short walk to N. High st and everything Clintonville has to offer. Prime location, top finishes, stainless steel appliances and spacious open layout with modern feel in 100+ y/o home. Park and biking/walking trail just outside of our back yard. It's a quick Uber ride from the CMH Airport and downtown. We are travelling professionals, and this house is made for the comfortable stay the way we would like to work and travel. The house is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with natural window light, heated floor downstairs and soft fast drying towels. Our mattresses are new or brand new, and the linens are minimum 300 thread counts. We provided the assortment of pillows with different firmness of your liking. Our comforters are goose down, heavy and warm. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains in case if you work nights. Alarm clocks and USB chargers provided as well. The kitchen has a set of dished and silverware, pots and pans, knifes and cutting boards for a meal preparation, so there is no need to bring anything like that. The refrigerator is spacious and has an ice maker and filtered drinking water. Dishwasher, electric tea kettle and a regular coffee pot are provided for your morning routine. Washer and drier are right next to the kitchen. The living room has a 46 inch TV with ROKU stick where you could stream your favorite channels by logging in with your credentials. We have provided our Netflix subscription for you to use. Piano is there as well, welcome to play if you want, but it could use some tuning some day. We have provided some board games and books for you to enjoy at your free time. Bike/walk/run trail is just out back of the house along the Olentangy river. The house is just 18 minutes biking to OSU or Riverside hospitals. Two tennis courts in the park by the river as well and free. If you like kayaking, there are few points where you can go and have some fun. The lease include the utilities. However if we find a significant increase in water, gas or electric bill, we will ask guests to pay that difference. Welcome to stay in our home all travelling professionals!
