The East End is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Alameda. Its a mixture of Victorians and newer homes as the bay was filled or large land owners sold their land to be developed in the early 1900s. Schools are highly desirable, excellent park with swimming pool, bocce ball courts, play structures, etc. Its also just a couple blocks from the bay trail and one of the many yacht clubs and marinas on the island.
