Small remodeled cabin approx 432 sq feet plus approx 120 sq feet of 2 small lofts (sleeping) Total approx 550 square feet We are 1.5 miles in the snow in the winter time, with access only via XC skiing, snowshoes, hiking or snowmobile (with permit which you can get is you rent this cabin in winter (AWD drivable other times but winter is coming_ Cabin is on 1/2 acre of private land surrounded by 1,000 s of acres of National Forest close to Trillium Lake. You can drive to the cabin (AWD) until sufficient snow builds up then only access is as above stated. This is an opportunity for someone (or 2 maximum) who love being in the woods and are able to be self sufficient, Rent is slightly reduced because we are asking person(S) to also act as a part time care taker for another cabin we rent on short term rental site. Rent is $1200/ month plus approx 2 hours per week of caretaker availability. Any more time will be compensated with cash or rent discount to you. When you reply please acknowledge that there is only foot or snowmobile (if you get one) access in the winter time.
