Room in house on very desirable street, Indio Drive in the sunset palisades/shell beach area of Pismo Beach. There are currently 3 bedrooms in the house, one is occupied. One tenant is moving out and therefore I am looking for either one or two people to take over the spare bedrooms. If one person moved in, you would have your own bathroom and bedroom for $1700 plus utilities. If two people moved in, you would still have your own bedroom but you'd share a bathroom with one other tenate. One person in each room: $1075 per person plus utilities. If a couple moved into one room: $950 per person plus utilities. Brand new washer and dryer in the house. Fenced backyard. Mostly furnished in general areas but enough space to add your own furniture. Garage with padded workout space. Ocean views from front rooms. Very sweet 2.5 year old dog that loves people and cuddling on the property. Unfortunately only one pet is allowed. Less than 5 min walk to start of bluff trail that leads to pirates cove, 5 min walk to start of Avila Ridge Trail, 10 min walk to beach and park with ocean access. No smoking. No crazy partying. No drugs.
