The space is two stories with a lot of light and an open floor plan, and it's a wonderful size for a small family. It's sustainably designed utilizing modern insulation, new doors, a ground-source heat pump system, a solar array, and an EV charger, and has high-speed Wifi, healthy water filtration, and new appliances. There are also excellent local schools including a great Montessori school within ~5min. We are open to one month to one year+ stays. The whole house is available for your use except for the storage space in the basement. The house is fully furnished. We pay for all standard expenses - electricity, water, high speed internet, trash service etc. Happy to consider dogs and cats on a case by case basis.
