We are 1 hour from Mt. Hood, 2 hours from the Oregon Coast and just minutes away from some of the most gorgeous and scenic areas in the Columbia River Gorge. Our home comes fully furnished and is ideal for professionals looking for a spacious house with lots of room and privacy or families of varying sizes. We have two bedrooms shown on the site, but if you have kiddos, we have a great kids room with a twin day bed and an additional pull out twin trundle that we will open up for the right family! Corbett school district is nationally ranked and known for being a top notch academic district. You can cozy up in the living room next to the fire or host a social gathering in our open kitchen/dining area. The home is filled with giant windows and natural light and is a true gem in the Corbett community. You may access all areas of the main home, including the hot tub, backyard, treehouse and woods. We have a 48" flat screen TV with a Roku. These utilities are covered in rental cost: Electric, Water, WiFi, Garbage/Recycling plus one full pallet of pellets for the pellet stove. Propane usage is tenants responsibility. Lease available for 10-11 months. We will be coming back to the home in 2026, there is no availability past June 2026. Well behaved small and medium size dogs are allowed. No smoking in the house, but there is plenty of quiet, private outdoor space to slip out. We have a very private driveway, only shared with 3 houses, parking for 4 cars available in front of the house. There is a separate rental space with private entrance and parking- currently rented as a personal office by owner. If tenant would like an office space as part of the agreement, that can be arranged.
