This is a unique property that once was a single-family home, but has since been converted into two apartments that feel more like a townhouse experience. The laundry is shared, along with a bonus room off of the laundry room, which you can use for extra storage if you need. There are builtins in the laundry room and the bonus room. There is a basement for extra storage as well. You'll be in the main-floor unit that features A/C, beautiful wood floors, an extra large, single-car garage (there's also street parking), and an accent fireplace that is no longer in working order. There's a small bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Outside your door is your own yard. A few notes on how to enjoy living in this house: this is an old house that has been well taken care of, but things can break, or need repair, so please be patient with the house when something like that pops up. This is a semi-shared living space, we will share entrances to the house (but you'll have your own private doors to your apartment), and we share the laundry. The house is not soundproof so you'll hear us from time to time upstairs, and we'll hear you downstairs so, a mutual respect of the peace and quiet of the house is needed and appreciated (no loud music throughout the day or night). This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property in its entirety (inside the house, on the porch, in the yard, etc), and not 420 friendly.
