    5 rural acres. No restrictions. Very quiet and peaceful area. Have spent hours clearing up overgrowth and planting new grass (as you see in the last set of pics). Neighboring land owners are awesome. Bethel schools. Surveyed In June 2021. Build anything from a shop home to a Mobile/Manufactured/traditional home! This is rural unrestricted land just south of Shawnee Twin Lakes. 15 Min west of Shawnee and 15 mins south of Harrah. The north (back 4 acres) is mostly all wooded. Wildlife range from Deer and Turkey to road runners and a variety of state birds. Well and septic in placed working. Well has a small wood building with concrete flooring built around it that is insulated. Had new water well piping installed in June 2021. Septic is about 4 years old. I had the ground leveled for future home build and was in the process of working on driveway. Electric is already in place through OGE as I've ran it to connect to my 5th wheel while staying on the property. I have ran t-post down the entire East side. Barbed wire rolls will be left with new owner. I am willing to have one truckload topsoil or rock delivered and I will spread out for driveway prior to closing. Shipping container does not stay with land. Owner financing is not available.
