The 21.9 acres includes a sandy beach, lakefront picnic areas, and plenty of room to build additional homes. Electricity is supplied by arrays of solar panels, storage batteries, and a propane generator back-up. Spring-fed Williams Pond offers swimming, boating, fishing, and access to hundreds of acres of wilderness to explore. This is a great place to start and end after day trips to Acadia National Park and the best Maine has to offer from Downeast to mid-coast and beyond.
