Built in 1945 as the carriage house (3 floors)as part of the Earl Adams Estate in Adamsville. When I say solid as a rock..you can take it literally with this building. It is solid masonry from footings to roof line(todays polysteel const is trying to do the same thing) In 1986 the current owner took everything inside ..out , insulated, sheetrocked, put in all the systems & created a charming home..a little french cottage flavor on the outside.. and surprising open spaces on the inside. Nothing typical here!
