Available for rent is our cozy duplex apartment with all of the amenities. The apartment is fully furnished, but storing some of our furniture is a possibility by request. Here are some helpful details about what will be included with the apartment: -Forced hot air natural gas heating is included in your rent. We have a controllable humidifier built into the furnace. This means no dry winter air. -Off Street Parking available for 2 or 3 cars. -High Speed Wireless Internet/Basic Cable, Water, Trash/Recycling are all included in your rent. -Hot tub. You'll love having access to our 2-3 person hot tub during the cold winter months. -Projector Setup with surround sound and amazon fire or apple tv included. -Upstairs tenants are a super friendly couple with a small dog. They're quiet and respectful, and have enjoyed living here for more than four years. -Washer/Dryer is in the apartment. Please note that these units are shared with the tenants. There is a door between the two apartments. Preferred times can be arranged for them to have access to laundry. -3rd bedroom can be utilized as an office (desk is there currently) and/or 3rd bedroom with a fold out futon that we can set up for you. -Drinking Water Filter, Shower Water Filters, and a bedroom Air Filter will be included. -Our friendly and amazing next door neighbors will be available to take care of any maintenance issues including snow blowing/shoveling. -If you have beloved animals that you'd like to move with, so do we, so we're happy to welcome any well behaved pets that you can assure us won't harm the apartment. -There are some wonderful hiking trails directly across the street that lead down to the Winooski river. -We have a nice backyard with gardens, a terrace wall, and a hill with many trees in back. You'll be welcome to eat any kale from the garden and plant any of your own plants in the spring. -We're looking for a 4 or 5 month lease, but we're willing to discuss your timeline and will be happy to extend your lease at that time, as long as everything is working out well with the rental for both of us.. When we return in the spring, your rental may be continued but we will need to access the apartment to retrieve some of our belongings that we'll be keeping in a separate 4th bedroom that you own't have access to. Please note that we are currently living in the apartment so many of our personal belongings are shown in the photos. These belongings will be packed away prior to your move in.
