You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other male in their 50's. There is also a private unfurnished living area here whose door opens directly into the well-kept backyard. There are 2 males on the main level in their early 30's and 50's who have their own separate shared bathroom. Monthly rent is $800 plus utilities. Utilities, including electricity, gas, water/sewer and internet are shared and split 4 ways. Lawn care and garbage are covered by us. Requires $500 fully refundable security deposit, first month's rent, and a background check. Very walkable and bike friendly, also convenient bus and highway access. It's walking distance to local favorites like McMenamin's Kennedy School, Ranch Pizza, P's And Q's Market, Beaumont Village and the Alberta Arts District, as well as the new University of Oregon campus.
