Bedrooms are not furnished. Very walkable and bike friendly, also convenient bus and highway access. It's walking distance to local favorites like McMenamin's Kennedy School, Ranch Pizza, P's And Q's Market, Beaumont Village and the Alberta Arts District, as well as the new University of Oregon campus. Also, there are several great parks nearby! Roommates are respectful, kind, clean and responsible. Looking for the same to join the home. Respect for all are important. There's a sweet pup in the basement. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate additional pets, or couples at this time. Utilities, including electricity, gas, water/sewer and internet are shared and split 4 ways. Lawn care and garbage are covered. Requires $500 fully refundable security deposit, first month's rent, and a background check. Room #1: This room is on the main floor (furnished living area in photos) and is currently available. There is a full size bed frame (without a mattress) available if you'd like. You'll be sharing a full size bath with one other male roommate in his mid 50's. There is a nice balcony deck on the main floor that overlooks the backyard. Refer to the first set of photos. Monthly rent is $800 plus utilities. Room #2: You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate in her 60's in the daylight basement that includes a private living area (unfurnished). She has been in the home for 3+ years. The door opens directly into the well kept backyard. Refer to the second set of photos. Monthly rent is $750 plus utilities.
