Appliances included are refrigerator and oven but optional if you have your own. Window A/C units will be added for approved applicant. Renter is responsible for MLGW bill. Renter may not have any more than five occupants living in the home at one time. Renter is responsible for keeping the lawn cut and area clean of trash. Trash dumpster must be kept in backyard. Rent is due on the 1st of the month: however, there is a three day grace period until the 4th of the month.
