My home needs work but us structurally a log home twork levels with an attached appartment. You'll have to get an occupancy permit. Beautiful greenery popping up (wink wink) all over. We just don't have the time to keep up with the property. And the horses are getting old. Yes I said horses, there really is a barn also in need of some work but you'll love the property and nothing a handman can't put a little time into to make it more livavlble for a family.
