Hi there! I am leaving the state for a job, and need to sublease my room in a wonderful house. My roommate is beyond amazing; very clean, adventurous, responsible, and busy with school at CSU. We also have two awesome tenants below us that we only share the garage and laundry room with. Rent per room is $500/month. The landlords are very kind locals who pay all utilities besides electricity. During the summer wifi and electricity only cost around $20/month. I need to have my room subleased by June 1st, and can be flexible with an earlier move in date. Our lease ends on August 1st so if you really like the place (and I have no doubts you will) you can start up another lease with our amazing landlords. What you get is: One bedroom in a two bedroom and one bath house, both rooms have big closests and lots of storage space throughout the house. It is all hardwood, except for the kitchen thats tile adds character. There is a washer and dryer for the whole house to use. A great backyard with a garden area. A garage for any projects or storing. Alley access for parking a car. Very close proximity to campus (10 minute walk if you're slow) and a MAX station nearby as well.
