This property is conveniently located less than a mile from the Fort Drum airfield gate, in a charming hamlet setting, within walking distance to a convenience store and pizzeria. Off-street parking is provided. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis (with a pet fee). A security deposit of $600 and credit check are also required. A one year lease would be required. No smoking inside the home. Heat is provided by owner's outdoor wood boiler next door. Additional heat is available by gas boiler at renter's expense. Water, sewer, lawn care, plowing and trash service (limits apply) are included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a non refundable pet deposit of $200/per pet.
