If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it. Trash cans are stored inside the garage except for the night before trash day. Homes are equipped with recreational smoking devices that will be sent to the property manager. No unapproved pets at any time (not even for a visit). No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. If something breaks or a stain is done by accident on the furniture, notify us immediately so housekeepers can be equipped to fix the issue after your departure.
