We have a community pool, assigned covered parking, laundry room with coin operated machines on-site. There is common areas as well. Many of the units have private fenced yards. They each come with the kitchen appliances. The tenant will be charged $20 each month for water, sewer, and trash services. Electric (TEP) & gas (Southwest Gas) go into the tenants name.
