From there I believe youll be able to do another lease. You only pay electric. The rest of utilities will be billed to the apartments as a whole and split up for each tenant (shared utilities). There are fees for having cats and or dogs - I do believe you can only have two pets at a time. You also have to pay rent for each animal you have (40/per cat) and parking (15/month).
