I have a party interested in renting the house but would prefer a Dec. 1 or Jan. 1 move in date so I would consider a short term rental with immediate move in. If you are in between housing because of unexpected house repairs, home remodel, relocation. etc. this might be an ideal situation for you and/or your family. I am also still showing the house to parties interested in a long term rental agreement but with a more immediate move in. Lots of work has recently been down to the house. The entire interior has been repainted and lots of additional overhead, dimmable lights have been added throughout the house. It looks clean, fresh, bright and came out very nice. The house is a 3 bedroom, 1. 5 bathroom ranch home with 1 car garage house in a quiet neighborhood in south Boulder. Has hardwood floors throughout, large living room, stainless steel appliances, nice seating area outside of French doors, very large backyard, near hiking trails and bike paths. It's located in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location in South Boulder. Close to numerous schools including Bear Creek, Mesa, Community Montessori, Creekside, Southern Hills MS, Summit MS, Fairview HS and New Vista HS. Also near all the scientific labs in town including NCAR, NIST, NOAA. Not far from Table Mesa shopping plaza which has 2 grocery stores, banks, restaurants and other amenities. The house is a duplex with a totally separate apartment in the basement. Both units have separate entrances and laundry. Only shared space is the 1 car garage and backyard. The garage is used by all the residents for storage - mostly recreational toys (like bikes, skis, kayaks, etc.). The upstairs is the unit for rent. Downstairs is rented to long term tenants who are very quiet and respectful. 1 is a grad student other is working professional. Well behaved pet(s) will be considered with good references. One time $200 non-refundable fee (per pet). Looking for mature, quiet, respectful renters. Ideally non-smokers. Available for immediate move-in. Rent is $2,850/month.
