Lots of work has recently been down to the house. The entire interior has been repainted and lots of additional overhead, dimmable lights have been added throughout the house. It looks clean, fresh, bright and came out very nice. The house is a 3 bedroom, 1. 5 bathroom ranch home with 1 car garage house in a quiet neighborhood in south Boulder. Has hardwood floors throughout, large living room, stainless steel appliances, nice seating area outside of French doors, very large backyard, near hiking trails and bike paths.
It's located in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location in South Boulder. Close to numerous schools including Bear Creek, Mesa, Community Montessori, Creekside, Southern Hills MS, Summit MS, Fairview HS and New Vista HS.
