Inside, you'll find all the comforts and amenities for a comfortable stay. The first bedroom features two rooms connected by a door. One room has a twin bed, and the other has a queen bed. The twin bedroom is only accessible through the other bedroom. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission. If it's a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. This home is centrally located, offering easy access to downtown, the airport, and the Clinic's main campus, making it convenient for exploring the city. This is a multi-family home, so please be respectful of the neighbors during your stay. Noise levels are monitored with decibel readers outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. There is a $150 charge for late checkout without prior notice. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
