This is a quaint one bedroom with fantastic views on our log cabin and lake. There are 50 acres to enjoy walks, fishing, kayaking etc. This is private property to outsiders. The apartment has front and back porches, with entrances on either sider as well. Electric, water and heating oil is included! Internet is the responsibility of the tenant. One parking space is included. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis based on size and demeanor. Earliest available is March 16. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THE FARM OR AT THE APARTMENT WITHOUT A SCHEDULED SHOWING DATE/TIME WILL BE REFUSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO RENT.
