I completed a nearly $250,000 renovation at this property in late 2019. It's in great shape with a new roof, a brand new AC unit at this apartment, new paint, fencing, yards, etc. I have a never sell mentality, and went all out to make this a fantastic property.
This unit #1 recently got a new tub and bathroom surround and was completely painted and refreshed.
This unit is an end unit with an enormous, fenced yard. The Edison features a quiet, deep, safe lot and ample parking, and security cameras. Many of the tenants have lived at the property for years. This ground level unit has adjacent parking, and a huge, fenced back yard, and a covered back patio area.

Owner and tenant share water/sewer/trash costs ($55 per occupant), tenant pays for electrical, gas and all other utilities/services. Landlord pays for landscaping and site maintenance. The fenced yard is MASSIVE - Probably bigger than the apartment unit! NO smoking allowed. Plenty of off and on-street parking.
