The home has open floor plan with 18' ceiling in family room and 9' ceilings in rest of home. All of the floors are laminate except in the bathrooms and mudroom/laundry room there ceramic tile. The family room is huge. It has a gas furnace which will heat the whole house fast. It also has surround sound wired in, which makes a big difference in watching TV and listening to the radio. You can see the balcony to upstairs and two windows to one of the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, garbage compactor, garbage disposal, dish washer, gas stove, microwave, big refrigerator, and built in oven. The mudroom/laundry room has the half bathroom in it. The master bedroom is really roomy with a vaulted ceiling. The master bathroom has a huge walk-in tiled shower, whirl-pool garden tub and huge closet. The upstairs has two normal size roomy bedrooms and one bedroom that could really be considered a bonus room with a closet so big the appraisal listed it as a study. The upstairs bathroom is really big. The balcony upstairs is spacious too. There's heavy molding throughout the whole house. The house has central vacuuming system which is awesome. There is a workshop outside with A/C and Heater. The back yard is fenced in and there is a really nice play set (not flimsy cheap one) inside the fence. We plan on taking it with us but if there is a need by the purchaser and it is a selling point we'd consider leaving it. I will post outside pictures soon!! Neighborhood Description This is definitely living in the country. Across the road are fields for miles. We do have neighbors but you can't really see their house through the woods and you don't ever hear them. I hardly go a day without seeing a deer or/and a wild turkey.
