There is a great balcony, two bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. You are walking distance to Vision Quest brewery, Movement climbing gym, a block from Safeway and Whole Foods, and tons of restaurants. The property is rented through a property manager and you will have to provide references and do a background check in order to rent it. The background check costs $30 to perform. I will cover the cost for the new lease. This is a 17 month lease. The first part of the lease will run from 3/1 until 7/30. At that point, the rent will go up to $1500/month for 12 months. The tenant pays for internet/gas/electric. Everything else is paid for by the landlord.
