The comfortable living area offers a welcoming space with a sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer and one assigned parking spot for your use. A one-time $50 registration fee per adult guest is payable at the front desk upon arrival. One assigned parking spot is available for your use. Your condo is in the heart of Midtown, one of Miami's most dynamic and central neighborhoods. You are perfectly positioned between the city's best art, food, and design scenes. Enjoy world-class dining steps away, vibrant bars and nightlife, and family fun at nearby attractions. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with or without a car. This is a walker's paradise with easy access to The Shops at Midtown Miami, the Miami Design District, and the Wynwood Art District. Enjoy a waterfront run or relax at Margaret Pace Park, just a few minutes away on Biscayne Bay. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest. Only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM. We cannot offer luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out. A starter kit of supplies is provided for your first day, but washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The main guest is required to provide a photo ID on the day of check-in for building access. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance, as an additional cost applies. Deliveries to this address are not permitted for security reasons. Lost linens or keys will incur a replacement fee. Please turn off the air conditioning when you're out to help maintain a comfortable environment for all.
