You will not find a more charming cottage within walking distance to the water with community park, pier and boat ramp at the end of the street! Stay amid the trees in this fully renovated ranch. You'll want to call this charming property your new favorite vacation spot! Rarely will you find a modern, water access home outside of the busy, highly trafficked beach areas. Not too far but enough to ensure a gorgeous sunset and quiet cocktail without the hectic beach traffic:) The 3 bedroom ranch was recently upfitted in a cool, coastal modern style. You will want for nothing during your stay with lockbox entry, a spacious private backyard, large patio with propane grill and fire pit. Great sleep is a focal point for our guests. You can expect comfy beds and fresh linens. Guests are invited to bring their boats and personal watercraft with plenty of room for trailer parking at the house. The community ramp is just 2 blocks from the cottage. If you prefer to have kayaks delivered for your stay simply request upon booking and they will be at the house upon arrival. Groups, couples and families will find the Trails End Cottage comfortable, fun and superbly clean. The house is equipped with Smart TV and high speed Spectrum internet. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and grilling. The large dining room is a wonderful spot to enjoy group meals. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with queen beds. The master has a private bath with shower. There is also a full bath with tub and bunk room with 1 double and 1 twin bed. This room also provides a desk and private workspace if still needing to take care of business while away. In warm months enjoy the fully enclosed outdoor shower. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella are provided. You may just decide to stay in your bathing suits the entire time :) The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood off of Whiskey Creek and within quick access to the Intracoastal Waterway. The area is known for great kayaking, boating and where the popular "Dawson's Creek" series was filmed. 1-6 month rental available.
