In 2019 I added a 2400 sq ft shop, of which 600 sq ft is mancave with a full bath, kitchen with high end cabinets and granite bar as well as additional bedroom. The shop is finished and has a lift, built in compressed air, RV garage door and oversized secondary garage door. Two five ton AC's service the shop and two minisplits service the mancave. I spent $300k on the shop. I also have a 15000 gal saltwater pool, a 10x10 finished, air conditioned she-shed, and a 10x10 ramada with a concrete stained bar with a built in Gas BBQ. In 2009 I added 44 solar panels and my electric costs average approximately $100/month for over 5000 square feet of air-conditioned space. One garage bay in the main house is converted into an air-conditioned home gym. Both buildings have foam roofs, the main house was foamed in 2018.
