This is a private room on the top floor, including its own private bathroom, furnished with a bed, a desk, a mini fridge, and two sizable closet spaces. Open living room/kitchen area is on the bottom floor and is shared. All utilities (wifi, electricity, gas, water) are included in the rent, located in a convenient neighborhood with an easy walk to Trader Joe's and public transit. Street parking is free and safe.
