1913 Apartments is a 17-unit luxury apartment building in the old YMCA building in downtown Atchison, KS. The old YMCA building, which is now listed on the national historic registry, was originally built in 1913 as a 35 room boarding house. Over the years, the YMCA utilized the building for a wide variety of education and recreation purposes before moving into a brand new facility next door in December of 2017.
