Feel free to drive by, but please do not disturb the tenants. Home has swamp cooler and furnace for heat. We will arrange showings in December. We do not have great interior photos, but home will have freshly cleaned carpets and will have the interior repainted as needed. $100 flat fee for monthly utilities. Background check fee is $40 paid directly to agency. You must be able to pass a background check, have a credit score of at least 650 (no exceptions) and make at least $4900 a month gross income.
