Ideally, we are looking for a medium-term tenant that is in the area for a short amount of time due to work or maybe needs a place to stay while their home is under construction. We envision a stay for 3-9 months, but are open to a longer-term tenant in the right situation. The apartment is completely furnished. The tenant has access to spacious parking on site with a private entrance. We live on the first floor of the home. Internet, heating, cooling, electric, and trash removal is included in the price.
