I am 39 years old and have watched 2 children grow up and start their own lives. I still see them because I have had the same owners since I was born. They have loved me on the inside as well as the outside. Every chance they could, they would update me. It makes me feel like a teenager! For instance, when the kids moved out, they had time to spend outside and created a beautiful perennial garden, put in a new patio, a garden shed, new driveway and front door and even painted my exterior in 2014. I actually have people drive by and ask what is the name of my color.. I am such a trendsetter!! I have 3 bedrooms upstairs and a new glass-tiled walk-in shower with full glass doors. I have new patio doors with shades built in. At the end of the day, my owners would come inside and enjoy my beautiful kitchen. I have granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances and white cabinets. I received 6 panel doors everywhere! The family room has a tiled fireplace and wood floors. My 1/2 bath was just painted and my dining room just received new carpeting. The living room is so pretty. My owners would enjoy a cup of coffee and read the morning paper every Sunday and look outside the large picture window. I also have a finished basement with a bar and built in storage. I could easily be another bedroom! The other half of the basement is the laundry room, tool bench and storage. My owners have taken very good care of me and my neighbors are the best! I couldn't have asked for a better place to be born! Unfortunately, my owner is downsizing. I will miss this family but am ready to make new memories with you. I am looking forward to meeting you.
