We have a beautiful open layout inside. With plank tile floors through out our downstairs open space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The nice laundry room has tile floors and granite counter tops, and the unique hidden space under our stairs is nicely finished. It's our daughters play hide out. We have updated the appliances, added beautiful lighting that fits our space beautifully. We have Quartz counter tops through out the kitchen with beautiful white cabinets. Then entire downstairs has a nice, wide open feeling. We added white 3" wood shutters to all the windows downstairs that add to the light and open feeling. WE LOVE THEM! The downstairs living room also has a very nice open feeling, with an enclosed gas fireplace. We just flip a switch and we have a warm fire, that heats our downstairs really well! We also added ceiling fans that have brains in them, smart fans. As you head up our stairs, the carpet is a darker grey which is great to hide any foot traffic, after installation in 2015, it still looks new! We have a huge vaulted ceiling with great walls for pictures and display. It also has a very nice picture window of the mountain. Upstairs we kept the carpet color in all 3 bedrooms. The Mast Bedroom and bath are just beautiful, the master bedroom is huge! We have our bed, dresser, end tables, a work out machine, sitting bench, and desk all in this room! The master bath has a separate toilet room with door and window, the shower has a frame-less glass door, it's really big and so nice! Then it flows nicely into the walk in Closet! We did the same tile as downstairs and matching counter tops as the kitchen! The guest full bathroom is huge, with a tub/shower. We did large tile squares and granite counter tops. It is really nice and everyone who see's says the same thing, this is a really nice guest bathroom, it's huge! The two bedrooms mirror each other, they are identical in size and shape. Both with nice windows and nice size closets. All 3 upstairs bedrooms had smart ceiling fans too! We have a central heating system, the house is fully wired with all network cables. We also have a very nice size yard, front and back. Our garage is detached which is really nice. We have a beautifully patio between the garage and house. The garage is a huge 2 car garage that is fully finished with a very nice garage door opener. Everyone that comes over, always compliments the look and feel of our house, they LOVE IT! We love that we have a large yard too. There is also a small linen closet upstairs and a nice size closet downstairs as you come in the front door that is great for jackets, hats, and other items you need for going in and out. We also have a really nice size pantry closet with tons of shelving. This house is so wonderfully laid out, that we have everything we need when we need it. Plus, in the kitchen, we have this amazing Island we added a 2nd sink too for veggies and it's just nice to have to wash hands in too. Under this huge island we have tons of storage cabinets, I think I counted how many cabinets we have and it's 29 cabinet doors and 9 pull out drawers and some of them are huge! Some are huge and we did add some pull out drawers in them for ease of access to pots and pans.
